Intuitive Readings & Spirit Guide Sessions
Some questions don’t get answered by thinking harder. Maybe a relationship keeps circling back to the same place, a career no longer fits, or you can sense a change coming but can’t make out its shape yet. Sonja’s intuitive sessions give those questions room. She offers three formats (an Intuitive Consultation, an Intuitive Reading, and a Spirit Guide Session), and each one is a different way to hear what your intuition and your guides have been trying to tell you. Every session is available in person at our Denver studio or fully online, so you can work with Sonja wherever you live.

What is an intuitive session?
An intuitive session is a guided conversation. Sonja connects with your energy, your spirit guides, and her own intuition, then shares what comes through and helps you make sense of it. These sessions are separate from her hands-on healing work. There’s no massage, and apart from the Intuitive Consultation, no table time.
Sonja came to this work through the body. She spent years as a licensed massage therapist with a background in physical therapy settings before intuitive reading became a central part of her practice, and that grounding shapes how she reads. She aims to leave you with guidance that is clear and practical, something you can use once you’re back in your day.
One note before you book: Sonja does not offer mediumship, so these sessions don’t include connecting with loved ones who have passed. Her focus stays on you, your energy, and the guides who are with you now.
Available in Denver and online
You don’t need to live in Denver to work with Sonja. Every intuitive session is available in person at the Lotus Lounge studio or fully online by phone or video. For the Intuitive Consultation, Sonja sends the Reiki portion as distance Reiki, the same way she works with her distance healing clients across the U.S. and internationally.
The session itself stays the same wherever you join from. You’ll get the same conversation, the same connection with your guides, and the same time to talk through what came up
Who is this for?
These sessions suit anyone who senses there’s more guidance available to them and wants help hearing it. You don’t need experience with energy work, and you don’t need a specific question.

The sessions: Three ways to work with your intuition
Intuitive Consultation
$175 / 60 minutes – Book your first session
This is where most people start. You’ll talk with Sonja about what’s going on for you and what you hope to understand or shift. She then moves into Reiki to open the channel and let insight come through clearly. You close by talking through what surfaced: the messages, the patterns, and the things your energy wanted you to hear. The time splits roughly half and half, so you get a real feel for both sides of this work in one session.
It’s a good first step if you’re curious what a reading feels like, or if you’re ready for guidance on what comes next. Online, the conversation happens by phone or video and the Reiki is sent as distance Reiki.
- Intention setting: Name what you want clarity on so the session has a clear starting point.
- Reiki on the table: Sonja clears and opens your energy, and messages often surface during this part of the session.
- Closing conversation: Sonja shares the patterns and messages that came through and what they may mean for you.
- A suggested next step: You’ll leave knowing whether a Reading, a Spirit Guide Session, or one of Sonja’s programs makes sense from here.
Intuitive Reading
$185 / 75 minutes – Book your reading
This is a pure reading with no table time, focused on you and whatever wants to come through. Sonja connects with your energy and shares what she picks up as it comes: guidance, patterns, first impressions, and whatever is most relevant for you right now. Bring specific questions or come open.
If you’ve already had a taste of this work and know you want the message itself, this is the fuller experience. It works the same in person or online.
- Your questions: Bring a decision, a relationship, or a stuck point, and Sonja will read on it directly.
- Messages from your guides: Sonja relays what your spirit guides want you to know at this point in your life.
- Recurring patterns: Sonja names the themes showing up in your energy and where they may be coming from.
- Room for follow-ups: Seventy-five minutes leaves time to go further into whatever lands.
Spirit Guide Session
$185 / 75 minutes – Book your guide
You have guides. Everyone does. This session is about meeting them and building the kind of rapport where you can recognize their presence, understand how they speak to you, and start receiving their guidance on your own. Through conversation and guided meditation, Sonja helps open that connection and shows you how to keep it open long after the session ends.
Where a Reading delivers messages to you, this session teaches you to receive them yourself. It’s the right fit when you’re ready to go further and build a practice of your own.
- Guided meditation: Sonja walks you through a meditation to make first contact with your guides.
- Their signals: You’ll learn the signs and sensations your guides use to get your attention.
- Two-way practice: Ask your guides questions and practice recognizing their answers while Sonja is there to help interpret.
- A practice to keep: You’ll leave with simple ways to stay connected on your own, and a natural bridge into the Intuitive Mastery Program if you want to go further.
Compare the sessions
Each session is booked on its own. Here’s how the three compare.
- Intuitive Consultation: 60 minutes, $175. Conversation and Reiki in roughly equal parts, closing with conversation.
- Intuitive Reading: 75 minutes, $185. Conversation only, with no table time.
- Spirit Guide Session: 75 minutes, $185. Conversation and guided meditation.
- Availability: All three sessions are available in person at our Denver studio or online by phone or video.
